    Offered is a Ted Williams signed 1989 Perez-Steele "Celebration" (5728/10,000) postcard, which has been encapsulated by Beckett Authenticated. The Perez-Steele Celebration post card set commemorated the 50th Anniversary of the Baseball Hall of Fame.  The set included 42 Hall of Famers, and the design of these cards, done by baseball artist Dick Perez, was inspired by the 1887 W.S. Kimball and Company Champions (N184) set. Williams has signed bolding in blue Sharpie, arguably 9-10 in strength. The post card presents Mint condition.
