Vintage Henes Morgan Hamilton Sensitive Drilling Tapping Benchtop Press

Hello,
This is a Hamilton drill press.  I am assisting in selling items from a fabrication shop.  Drill operates and table moves up and down by using the handle.  I dont know anything more than that so please ask questions if you like.  Motor runs fine.  Has a old original belt which is still in good condition.
Noticed some markings on the unit which states h-a-800 and HA 600.  not sure what these are but guessing model numbers.  See pics for condition.
