    Description
    Fried chicken, seafood and French fries among other concoctions can be served quickly and consistently with Sierra Range's SRF-40-50 tube fired gas fryer. The stainless steel unit features three efficient tube fired cast iron burners that form a heat transferring area for more reliable heating distribution. The temperature ranges from 200 degrees to 450 degrees, and includes a Millivolt safety controls system. A temperature probe can sense temperature changes and can activate a burner response quickly. There is also a built-in heat detector, and an integrated gas control valve can act as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot value, gas filter, pressure regulator and automatic main valve.
