Table-side Restaurant Hopr Beer Beverage Tower. Sells for 0 at Bar and Restaurant Supply Companies.  This item does not have a box, it just sat on our bar, but we are not huge beer drinkers, so we never actually used it.  The instructions booklet is still inside it.

The built in super chill rods keep the beverage ice cold without having to fill it with ice and water it down. This tower stands 24 inches tall with a base of 8 inches wide. The cool swivel design makes it easy for everyone at the table to rotate the tap to them and self serve. The tap usage is easy and hands free with it being opened by the pressure of your glass when pushed against the taps dispensing lever. The Infusion Rod is also available as an add on for this tower through bar supply websites and allows bartenders and wait staff to really get creative. Just fill the rod with any kinds of flavor, and it will infuse the beverage without clogging up the spigot. Additional Super Chill Rods are also available for purchase.
Note: The Chill rod should be frozen for 4 hours then when inserted into the drink, it will hold that temp for at least 2 hours before it starts to warm. The drink is considered "cold" for around 6 hours depending on the environment.
