This is a frymaster deep fryer.  Used in a corporate cafeteria.  Always maintained.  Natural gas with electric controls.  Look up these units to get a better understanding of what they can do.  Model number PH155-2sc.  ON WHEELS for easy cleaning and complete with blue rubber gas hose. I DO Not have the baskets.  Measures 16"wideX 30"deep X 47"high.
