This is a Frymaster High Efficiency Gas Fryer, model FMPH155-2SC.
Natural Gas
This is a dual vat natural gas fired deep fryer.  The tank capacity is 25lbs of oil per vat.  Each vat has a 40,000 BTU burner.  This unit has a dump station beside the cook vats with a heat light above it.  This fryer has Frymaster's "FootPrint PRO" built in filtration system.  When activated, this system filters the fryer tank oil through a paper filter(not included) and pumps the oil back into the tanks.  This enables the user to filter cooking oil without having to remove it from the unit.
The unit requires 120V power to run the pump and the heat light.
The exterior dimensions of the unit are 31" wide x 33" deep x 55" high.
