Digital Tool Router and Plasma Cutter.
Attention luthiers!  Make your guitar/bass bodies, necks and other hardware!
Twin heads.
One head has 3.75HP Porter Cable Router with spare. One head converted to plasma cutter(Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 101). Heads are on separate axes.
Machine is set up to also run a rotary axis. Includes rotary axis which has not yet been integrated.
Table is 5'x5' with 6" clearance under gantry. All aluminum construction except router surface. A
Machine runs on Camsoft software with CNC Light and Galil interface. Motor drives are by Anaheim Automation. Includes newer BobCad V27 software.
Machine will run on 120V but plasma power supply runs on 230V and compressed air.  The plasma power supply is
single-phase
and can be run from a 220V source.
Includes manuals and additional documentation. Machine was originally used by supplier of large firearms manufacturer to make gun stocks and rests.
